"Osa Heritage Homes - Richmond was a nice facility. I didn't see any activity, but it's still very new. There was only one resident there at that time. They weren't set up to have any visitation outside. The resident that was there was paralyzed, and I saw a nurse assisting her. There was not a lot of furniture in the facility, and there was no furniture on the back patio yet. I met with the owner and we just walked through, and he was very nice. It was a very clean, very nice, new home."

"My Mom has been in Katy for about 2 years. They have taken excellent care f her. Much better than where she had been. They have a Dr come by monthly and they refill her medications for me. She is always clean, in fresh clothes with her hair washed when I come and visit. She has 3 warm meals and day and I couldn’t be happier with her accommodations."
