Welcome to Osa Heritage Homes, an Assisted Living Facility licensed by the State of Texas Health and Human Services. It is a home-away-from-home Community, which provides 24-hour individualized care to Seniors who need custodial attention, especially those with age-related Alzheimer's disease, which is the most common disease that causes Dementia.

We provide affordable assisted living homes specially designed for seniors in need of an aging-in-place, continuum of care. We understand the difficult decision in choosing an assisted living community, and we work to cater to every individual to make it always feel like home.
